DS Football Academy (DSFA) has announced that four of its promising young players have joined TS Galaxy Academy, where they will compete in the highly competitive Gauteng Development League.

The players Tiago Schmidt, Herman Ambambi, Damion Malgas, and Isack Hamata have officially joined the academy structures of TS Galaxy, marking a significant milestone for both the players and the academy’s growing development program.

This opportunity represents another important step in DSFA’s commitment to creating structured international pathways for talented young footballers to access professional development environments.

DS Football Academy co-founder Dokkies Schmidt highlighted how the players have responded to the new environment.

“The boys have adapted very well in a new and more professional environment. They have shown strong character, discipline, and a willingness to learn. We believe they are ready to take this important step in their football journey and to represent the values of DS Football Academy with pride at TS Galaxy.”

The Gauteng Development League is widely regarded as one of the strongest youth competitions in South Africa, providing a highly competitive platform for young players to develop within professional club structures.

For DS Football Academy, the move further strengthens its vision of identifying, developing, and creating meaningful pathways for talented young players to compete beyond Namibia.

The academy wishes Tiago Schmidt, Herman Ambambi, Damion Malgas, and Isack Hamata success as they begin this exciting new chapter with TS Galaxy Academy.
