The GFRS Female Network (GFRS F-NET) has successfully completed a four-day presentation and review of its Draft Constitution, concluding today with its presentation to the Senior Management Team for observations, guidance, and institutional support.

The initiative aims to strengthen women’s leadership, professional development, mentorship, participation, and representation across the Gambia Fire and Rescue Service.

Chief Fire Officer Masaneh S.K. Bah welcomed the initiative and encouraged constructive contributions to strengthen the proposed constitutional framework.

The milestone reflects GFRS F-NET’s commitment to building a strong, inclusive, accountable, and progressive women’s network within the Service.

The session was presided over by DFO Pateh Gibba and Cadet Sainey Ndong (Barrister), who guided the proceedings and facilitated the presentation and review of the proposed Constitution.

Empowered women strengthen institutions. Stronger women, stronger GFRS.

GFRS — Serving with Courage, Commitment and Professionalism.
