Puntland rejects federal fisheries licensing deal, warns foreign companies
Garowe (HOL) — Puntland regional state announced Sunday that no foreign company, public or private, including SOMTURK, may conduct fishing investment, coast guard, or other operations in Puntland’s waters or territory without prior approval from Puntland authorities.
