BermudAir expands Anguilla winter schedule with new Toronto and Tampa Bay flights

Following a successful first season, BermudAir has expanded its Anguilla winter schedule with new Toronto and Tampa Bay routes and an extra Newark flight.

The updated AnguillAir services will operate between December this year and May 2027, subject to government approval, with prices starting at US$297 one way.

The move forms part of Bermuda’s flagship airline’s wider Caribbean network growth that also includes new routes to Belize, Guatemala and the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Infrastructure minister Jose Vanterpool told Anguilla Focus, the expansion “strengthens regional air connectivity, enhances access to Anguilla and reinforces ties across the British overseas territories”.

“We welcome BermudAir’s continued investment in expanding its network and look forward to the benefits this will bring to Anguilla and its people,” he added.

The direct services between Anguilla’s Clayton J Lloyd International Airport (AXA) and the eastern US hubs of Baltimore/Washington, Boston and Newark will all return this year after a successful first season.

Flights between Anguilla and Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) will run twice-weekly on Mondays and Thursday from 21 December to 3 May from $329 each way.

The service from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) will also run twice a week on Mondays and Fridays from 18 December to 3 May, from $297 one way.

Flights between Anguilla and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) will increase from two to three times a week on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays from 18 December to 3 May, from $297 each way.

Meanwhile, a new route from St Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) in Florida will begin on 24 December until 2 May on Thursdays, from a cost of $342 one way.

A second new route from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) will run on Saturdays via the Turks and Caicos Islands from 19 December to 1 May at a cost of CA$476 one way (about US$335).

In a press release, Adam Scott, founder and CEO of BermudAir, said: “We’re thrilled to continue expanding our Caribbean network as the premium leisure carrier from North America.

He added: “Together with Bermuda, we now connect US travellers to some of the region’s most exceptional and sought-after island destinations.”

The AnguillaAir services launched on 17 December 2025, marking BermudAir’s first major expansion since its launch in September 2023.

During the event, Scott described Anguilla as the “best kept secret” in the Caribbean, adding: “We’re just getting started. We’re very committed to Anguilla.”

Last month, the airline achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 78.92 through customer surveys, placing it among the highest-rated airlines for customer satisfaction.
