where verdicts are rendered without evidence and reputations can be destroyed by perception alone*** this is a fact and only those who are being hurt by the judge/verdict are the ones to validate this statement. It seems that someone can say anything on an affidavit and the court accept it as facts. Pure craziness in our court room. To say they are an arm (the courts) that foster crime is just an understatement. The police can be vindictive but 80% of the cases brought before the court the judge and magistrate galvanized the very wrong doing totally ignoring the damages they are enforcing upon the individual.
