Drew Sidora and Ralph Pittman’s lengthy divorce battle has officially come to an end. According to newly filed court documents, a Georgia judge entered a final divorce decree and made rulings on child custody, child support, property division, and the couple’s marital home.

The divorce proceedings lasted for years after Drew filed for divorce in 2023. Now the court has outlined how the former couple will move forward as co-parents and divide their assets.

Drew and Ralph will share custody, but Ralph will have the children during the school year.

The court awarded Ralph primary physical custody of the children during the school year, while Drew will have primary physical custody during the summer months. The former couple will share joint legal custody.

In the ruling, the court said the arrangement was in the children’s best interests. The judge cited concerns about school attendance, missed therapy appointments, and the children’s need for stability during the academic year.

The court also noted that the children’s attendance and overall stability improved after a temporary custody change was implemented earlier this year.

Drew was ordered to pay monthly child support.

The court ordered Drew to pay child support to Ralph for the couple’s two children.

According to the ruling, Drew must pay $2,218 per month beginning July 1, 2026. The payments will be split into two installments each month, with half due on the first day of the month and the other half due on the 15th.

The judge also ordered Ralph to maintain medical, dental, vision, and hospitalization insurance for the children. Any uninsured medical expenses will be divided equally between Drew and Ralph.

The court stated that the child support award was based on the findings outlined in the official child support worksheet and that no deviations were made from the presumptive support amount.

Ralph was awarded the marital home.

One of the biggest issues in the divorce was the couple’s home in Georgia.

The judge awarded the property to Ralph. However, the court ordered him to pay Drew $145,054.12 as her share of the home’s equity within 45 days.

If Ralph does not make the payment within that timeframe, the home must be listed for sale.

The ruling also requires Drew to vacate the residence after receiving her equity payment.

Drew keeps her businesses and entertainment ventures.

The court awarded Drew sole ownership of Drew Sidora, LLC, WithDrew, LLC, and Drew Sidora Global, LLC.

The ruling allows Drew to maintain complete control over her entertainment career, business ventures, contracts, intellectual property, and earnings connected to those companies.

Ralph was awarded sole ownership of his business entities, Pittman International, LLC and RAD180, LLC.

The former couple will divide retirement accounts and other assets.

The judge ordered the parties to equally divide Ralph’s 401(k) and Drew’s SAG pension. Any remaining joint bank account funds will also be split evenly between them.

The ruling further states that each party will keep property titled solely in their own names. With the final decree now entered, Drew and Ralph can move forward under the court’s orders regarding parenting time, support obligations, property division, and their respective business interests.
