Kitara has received a huge boost ahead of their return leg against Mogadishu City in the CAF Confederation Cup first preliminary round.
The Royals who lead the tie 2-1 will go into Saturday’s game at Hoima City Stadium with a more formidable squad after the green light from CAF for players; Murushid Juuko, Nicholas Kasozi, Martin Kizza and Jonah Byamukama
The quartet was not available for the reverse fixture and thus, their inclusion for the return leg comes as a timely boost for Kitara.
Juuko is often the preferred choice at centre back to play alongside Isa Lumu, Nicholas Kasozi offers control in the midfield while Kizza and Byamukama bring competition in the forward positions.
Should the Royals overcome Mogadishu City on aggregate, Egypt’s Al Ahly awaits in the second preliminary round.
