Amus College and Kawempe Muslim filled the final two slots of the semifinal puzzle of the 2026 FUFA Women’s Cup after winning their respective games on Sunday.
Reigning Champions Amus College ejected She Maroons on 9-8 on penalties after normal time ended goalless in Luzira.
Therefore, Amus College remain on course to reclaiming the crown they won last year. It should be noted in the previous six editions, no team has been able to defend this title nor win it twice.
On the other hand, Kawempe Muslim beat Wakiso Hill 2-0 to sail through thanks to goals from Latifah Nakasi and Asia Nakibuuka.
Amus College and Kawempe therefore join Kamapala Queens and Lady Doves as the four semifinalists.
Kampala Queens edged St. Noa 1-0 while Lady Doves won with the same scoreline against UCU Lady Cardinals on Saturday.
