BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, June 2026 — The Ministry of Small Business & Entrepreneurship has officially launched an important financial management training initiative aimed at strengthening the capacity, sustainability, and long-term success of small businesses across the Federation.
The programme marks the beginning of an exciting journey for participating entrepreneurs, providing them with the tools, knowledge, and resources necessary to enhance financial management practices, make informed business decisions, and drive sustainable growth.
The Ministry extends its sincere appreciation to the St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank Limited for its continued partnership and support in advancing entrepreneurship and small business development within the Federation.
Over the coming weeks, participants will engage in a series of interactive training sessions designed to improve financial literacy, budgeting, cash flow management, record-keeping, and strategic business planning. The programme will also provide valuable networking opportunities, enabling entrepreneurs to build meaningful connections and share experiences with fellow business owners.
Recognizing that small businesses remain the backbone of the national economy, the Ministry remains committed to creating opportunities that empower entrepreneurs, strengthen business resilience, and foster economic growth.
“We are confident that the skills, confidence, and insights gained through this programme will help participants better navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship and position their businesses for long-term success,” the Ministry stated.
The Ministry looks forward to witnessing the growth, innovation, and positive impact that will emerge from this cohort as they continue building stronger and more sustainable enterprises.
