More scruff than Crufts: Running order confirmed, Brockwell Bark Dog Show Landing in Brockwell Park, Bank Holiday Monday 4th May 2026

Brockwell Bark returns to Brockwell Park on Monday 4th May 2026 from 2-5 pm on the Brockwell Hall lawn, culminating with the Mayor of Lambeth awarding Best in Show.

We’re buzzing to see what vegetable sculpture our crafty locals come up with – doggo themed or just wherever your imagination goes.

The deadline for delivery of creations on site is 13:30 before the show competition kicks off at 2pm, hosted by local MC & music promoter Lauren Louise Powell.

[Randy as Snoopy’s arch rival the Red Baron]
A selection of much loved local independent businesses will be serving food & drink on site from 12:30, including icons such as Maureen’s Kitchen, Minus 12 Craft Icecream, Utter Waffle, The Bullfinch, The Glassmaker’s Cafe and Wild & Lees.

What a lineup!

And there’s more, over at Brockwell Hall doors open at 7pm for the 8:30pm FREE screening of cult comedy classic BEST IN SHOW as part of the Herne Hill Film Festival!

Your bank holiday Monday is complete.

Doggy categories are nearly all sold out with the deadline for entries this Sunday 3rd May.

It’s free to attend but a small donation registers your dog, and all profits go to the Blue Cross.

Whether your dog’s a pedigree show-off, a scruffy rescue or somewhere happily in between, bring them along.
