Gambian forward Pa Dembo Fofana is attracting interest from a Romanian club following a series of impressive performances for Koign BI in the ongoing SESDO Nawettan.
Fofana, a product of the Ous Colley Academy, has emerged as one of the players to watch in this year’s competition, with his movement, composure and finishing ability drawing attention.
The young forward has scored three goals for Koign BI so far in the Nawettan campaign, demonstrating his ability to make an impact in front of goal.
His performances have reportedly attracted interest from a club in Romania, although discussions over a possible move are understood to be at an early stage.
Fofana’s progression from the Ous Colley Academy to Koign BI has provided him with an opportunity to showcase his attacking qualities in competitive football.
A move to Romania, should it materialise, would give the young Gambian forward an opportunity to continue his development and gain experience in European football.
Further details on the identity of the Romanian club and the terms of any potential transfer were not immediately available.
