RG Snyman and Saskia are preparing to welcome a new addition to the family after sharing their happy news on social media.
South Africa (08 May 2026) – Springbok lock RG Snyman and his wife, Saskia, are preparing for an exciting new chapter after announcing that they are expecting their first child.
The happy news was shared on social media and was quickly met with an outpouring of love from fans, friends and fellow Springbok families, with many flooding the couple’s comment section with congratulatory messages.
The pregnancy announcement marks another special milestone for the couple, who recently returned to South Africa following their time overseas. It also comes not long after Saskia celebrated completing her MBA qualification.
Snyman and Saskia have often shared glimpses of their life together online, with the Springbok star last year marking their sixth anniversary with a heartfelt Instagram post.
Now, the couple are getting ready to add a new teammate to the family.
The announcement added another feel-good moment for South African rugby supporters, who continue to celebrate life milestones alongside some of the country’s favourite sporting stars.
