Although A’ja Wilson missed her second consecutive game while healing through a right ankle injury she suffered during a previous bout with the Sky, the 3x WNBA champions ran it up and secured an overtime win, beating Chicago 98-90.
After a triumphant challenge with less than 90 seconds left in overtime that eliminated a potential two-point score for the Chicago Sky, the Las Vegas Aces (15-5) were the victresses, securing their 500th win for the franchise.

NaLyssa Smith led the team with a season high of 29 points. Finishing with 18 points and 6 assists, Chelsea Gray secured the win with less than fifty seconds left, alongside 19 points from Jewell Loyd and 16 from Jackie Young.
Skylar Diggins led the 6 -14 Sky, putting up 19 points with Kamila Cardoso’s 16 points and Natasha Cloud’s 15. Azura Stevens scored 11 points, as well as Courtney Vandersloot.

On Sunday Night at home, the Las Vegas Aces without All-Star A’ja Wilson, took their first loss 84-68 against the Indiana Fever and without All-Star Caitlyn Clark.
