Clavicular Pulls Receipts After He’s Charged With Raping Teenager, Social Media Rips Him

Influencer Clavicular has run into legal trouble.
Complex confirms that the looksmaxxer himself, whose real name is Braden Peters, has been charged with rape, drugging a person for sex, and providing alcohol to a minor in Massachusetts.
According to court records, the alleged incident occurred in May 2025, even though charges weren’t filed until earlier this month, on Sept. 8.
The files don’t name the alleged victim. Still, TMZ says the details may align with a civil lawsuit filed earlier this year against 20-year-old Clav by aspiring influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza.
Known as Alorah Ziva, she’s suing him for battery, fraud, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, seeking $50,000. Her filing says he promised to advance her career, but instead took advantage of her.
The court documents allege he slept with her when she was underage and injected her face after meeting her when she was just 16. He also reportedly paid her $1,000 to be the female face of his looksmaxxing movement.
She alleges it all started with him sending her an Uber to meet him at his parents’ house, where “excessive amounts of alcohol” were being served and she became drunk.
Mendoza says that Clav had sex with her when she was too drunk to consent, and the next morning she woke up to him having sex with her again.
After the traumatic experience, they lost contact for months until they ran into each other again in Miami. Thinking he’d still play a mentorship role, she was excited for the chance to join his stream, and while with his friends, she watched them snort a “white, powdery substance,” though she didn’t partake.
Then, during said stream, without her consent, he injected her with Aqualyx into her face to melt fat on her cheeks.
Clav has since responded on social media, writing, “Trying to get my attention in anyway possible, a lawsuit? Seriously… really petty of you.”
