*Reality star Drew Sidora will be required to leave her Georgia residence after a judge refused to overturn an earlier court order tied to her ongoing divorce proceedings. The ruling keeps in place a deadline requiring her to vacate the home by the end of May, TMZ reports.

The decision comes amid her continuing legal dispute with Ralph Pittman, as the former couple works through a divorce case that began in March 2023 and has yet to be finalized. “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star had asked the court to reconsider the move-out requirement, but that request was denied, leaving the original order in effect.

Since their separation, Sidora and Pittman have remained in the same property but in separate living areas, with Pittman residing downstairs and Sidora staying on the upper level. Despite sharing the home, their relationship has remained legally unresolved as the case moves through the courts.

According to court filings reported by TMZ, Sidora argued that she does not have sufficient financial resources to meet the relocation deadline. She also stated that she has not yet secured new housing and warned that failing to obtain relief could leave her and her oldest child without stable living arrangements.

The divorce has also included disputes over parenting arrangements. Pittman was ultimately granted primary custody of the couple’s two children, while both parents retain joint legal custody. The ruling came after the court heard allegations that the kids had a pattern of tardiness at school during the stretches they spent with Sidora.

Sidora addressed the legal situation April 12 via an X statement. “Good morning. Some details regarding my divorce have recently become public, although the process is not yet finalized. During this time, Ralph and I are committed to co-parenting and doing what’s best for our children,” she wrote. “While certain things are beyond my control, my focus remains on showing up every day as the best mother I can be.”

She added, “Living in the public eye comes with challenges, but I’m choosing to move forward with grace, growth, and intention. My children are my priority, and I’m committed to leading with love, peace, and positivity. There is no ill intent toward anyone, just a continued focus on healing, evolving, and becoming the best version of myself.”

With the move-out order still active and no final settlement reached, the divorce continues to unfold in court, shaping both the couple’s custody arrangement and their living situation.
