Egypt’s NTI Partners With 4DT.io to Train Youth in Digital Transformation and Automation

Egypt’s National Telecommunications Institute (NTI)  has signed a cooperation protocol with Digital Twin and Automation company 4DT.io  to develop young people’s skills in digital transformation and automation.

The agreement, signed in Cairo on September 19, 2026, is part of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology’s strategy to build digital capabilities and prepare young people for labour market requirements.

Under the protocol, NTI and 4DT.io will implement specialised training programmes combining technical instruction, practical training and professional expertise. The programmes will equip trainees with skills for careers in information technology, digital transformation and automation.

The cooperation will also include practical training sessions, applied projects and specialised workshops designed to strengthen participants’ technical and professional capabilities while connecting training with real-world applications and labour market needs.

The agreement was signed by Ahmed Khattab, Director of the National Telecommunications Institute, and Mahmoud Abdel Rahman, Director of Digital Twin and Automation 4DT.io.

The partnership forms part of NTI’s efforts to expand collaboration with specialised ICT companies and provide training programmes aligned with emerging technology fields and workforce requirements.
