KCCA will hope to build on their hard-fought victory against Kitara when they pay a visit to Entebbe UPPC at Bugonga on Tuesday.

Second placed KCCA, four points behind leaders Vipers are aware that faltering at Bugonga could leave their title hopes all but done especially if the Venoms win at Buhimba United Saints.

The fixture also presents a chance to Jackson Magera and Brian Ssenyondo to avenge the 1-0 first round defeat at the hands of ex-KCCA boss Abdallah Mubiru’s side.

Mustafa Mujjuzi who leads the Printers as skipper and previously played for the 13-time champions says the match will be no different from others despite his team having a number of players who crossed from Lugogo and would have a score to settle.

“For us, it a match like any other with three points at stake so nothing special,” said Mujjuzi when asked what he and other KCCA players, Julius Poloto, Isa Mubiru and Steven Munguchi think of the game.

“We finally ended an indecent run at Buhimba and want to build on that to correct mistakes and win this one as well,” he added.

In the reverse fixture at Lugogo, Ambrose Kigozi, on 10 goals now behind Ivan Ahimbisibwe in the race for the top scorer’s boot won the game with the only goal on the day.

KCCA will look to in form Said Mayanja, striker Ivan Ahimbisibwe and Samy Ssebaduka to do the damage against the Printers who are on 40 points in 5th position and will move within five points of the Kasasiro with a win.

On the same day, Buhimba hosts leaders Vipers at Butema, URA make a short trip to Kamwokya where Police is lurking, Mbarara City host Maroons in Kamwenge, NEC visit Express at Nakivubo and UPDF are away to BUL in Njeru.
