By Breaking Belize News Staff (HP): Las Terrazas Resort on Ambergris Caye is seeking an experienced General Manager or Management Couple to lead its luxury island resort operation.
The boutique beachfront property, which is a member of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts LVX Collection, is looking for candidates with extensive experience in resort management and luxury hospitality.
Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a General Manager in an island or condominium resort setting.
The successful candidate or management couple should also have proven leadership experience across front office operations, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales and maintenance.
Las Terrazas Resort says applicants should have a strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest service, along with excellent communication, organizational and team leadership skills.
Candidates must also be willing and able to relocate to Ambergris Caye, Belize.
The resort is offering a competitive salary based on experience as well as on site accommodation.
The position provides an opportunity to lead a beachfront property within the Preferred Hotels & Resorts LVX Collection.
