Rwanda does not have 'political will' to honour peace deal, DR Congo minister says
In an interview with FRANCE 24, DR Congo's government spokesperson and Minister of Communication Patrick Muyaya accused Kigali of not having the "political will to implement" the 2025 US-brokered peace deal between the two countries. Muyaya also called for stronger international pressure on Rwanda. "The United States should use more tools on Rwanda (...) It's not enough yet," he stated.
