Two people have been killed in a shooting incident in Overport, Durban. The motive for the shooting is unknown at this stage.
ALS paramedics spokesperson Garrieth Jameson says a second person succumbed to his injuries on arrival at the hospital.
“ALS paramedics responded to a shooting incindent on Crescent Strret near East Street Park in Overport. Paramedics were shown to a male believed to be in his thirties who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Unfortunately there was nothing Paramedics could do for him and he was declared deceased on the scene. Multiple bullet shells were found on the roadway and a passing motorists vehicle was also damaged in the shoot out.”
