His Excellency the President of the Republic of Cape Verde, Mr José Maria Neves, received on Thursday (7 May 2026) at the Presidential Palace in Praia, the Minister of Environment and Sustainable Development, Ms Masouda bint Baham Mohamed Lagdhaf, who presented him with a written message from His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani.
The letter outlined Mauritania’s vision for fostering more cohesive and balanced international cooperation, centred on addressing contemporary issues, particularly peace, sustainable development, youth and international governance.
