Addis Ababa, September 17, 2026 (FMC) — Ethiopian Airlines has announced that its cargo and logistics arm, Ethiopian Cargo & Logistics Services, has partnered with CargoAi as a strategic partner to further enhance its digital operations and expand digital access to its cargo services worldwide.
The partnership marks an important step in Ethiopian Cargo’s digital roadmap, enabling the airline to offer freight forwarders real-time rate visibility and eBooking capabilities through CargoAi’s digital platform.
Through the integration, more than 30,000 freight forwarders will gain access to Ethiopian Cargo’s global cargo capacity and pricing through the CargoAi marketplace, as well as through direct connections to leading Transport Management Systems (TMS).
The arrangement is expected to enhance visibility and automation while extending access to Ethiopian Cargo’s booking capabilities across multiple digital environments throughout its service network.
The integration will also enable Ethiopian Cargo to leverage CargoAi’s interline capabilities, facilitating more efficient and transparent collaboration with airline partners through digital interline bookings and shared capacity management.
CargoAi, a vertical AI company focused on the air cargo industry, is building on its extensive data connections with airlines, freight forwarders, ground handling agents and airports by deploying AI workers and AI agents designed to automate and optimize air cargo workflows across its ecosystem.
