ON December 4, 2025, Kevin James Belcourt was arrested and charged with possession and distribution of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Materials (CSAEM), voyeurism, committing an indecent act in a public place, and two counts of fail to comply with a probation order for a total of six charges.
On April 20, an additional 17 charges were laid against Kevin Belcourt, which included 12 counts of luring a child, one count of making explicit material available to a child, two counts of Making Child Sexual Abuse Exploitation Materials (CSAEM), and two counts of publication of an intimate image without consent.
SPS investigators have liaised with policing partners across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom to identify child victims. Efforts to identify additional child victims in this matter are continuing.
Belcourt remains in custody. His next court appearance is May 4. A publication ban pursuant to section 486.4(2) was ordered to protect the identity of the child victims in this case.
