*Bravo star Drew Sidora is fighting a court order that would push her out of the marital home she still shares with estranged husband Ralph Pittman, telling a judge that her current financial situation makes compliance by the deadline nearly impossible.
According to TMZ, court documents reveal Sidora cited a lack of “financial resources” and confirmed she has yet to identify a new place to live. Without relief from the court, she warned that she and her oldest child could wind up “homeless” when the May 31 deadline hits.
Drew pointed to a significant earnings gap between herself and Ralph as a key part of her argument, noting that he brings in far more income than she does. A judge has not yet responded to her request that the vacate order be revisited.
The two have been coexisting in divided sections of the same property throughout their lengthy divorce proceedings — Ralph downstairs, Drew on the upper level. Their split was first filed in March 2023 and continues to work its way through the courts without a final resolution.
Adding to the tension, Drew claims the custody arrangement shifted on her without warning. She alleges Ralph had been on board with a shared physical custody plan before abruptly seeking sole primary custody once proceedings got underway in the courtroom.
That bid proved successful. A judge handed Ralph primary custody of the pair’s two children following a recent hearing, though both parents will maintain joint legal custody. The ruling came after the court heard allegations that the kids had a pattern of tardiness at school during the stretches they spent with Drew.
From the beginning, Drew has been on offense in this case. She filed court documents accusing Ralph of cheating and made her own push for primary custody, a stark contrast to where things now stand as the divorce drags on.
