Noah Kahan achieves the biggest week of his career on Billboard’s latest charts (dated May 9) following the release of his new album, The Great Divide.

Released April 24 via Mercury/Republic Records, the album launches at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 389,000 equivalent album units earned in the United States, according to Luminate. It marks not only Kahan’s largest week ever by that metric, but the biggest for any rock album since the chart began measuring by units in 2014. Fueled by 215.4 million on-demand official streams for its songs, the set also posts the largest streaming week of any album in 2026.

Those figures help Kahan jump from No. 24 to No. 1 on the Billboard Artist 100 chart, where he leads for the first time.

On the Billboard Hot 100, Kahan charts 21 songs from The Great Divide — encompassing the album’s entire 17-song standard edition and the four extra tracks from the deluxe version — including 12 in the top 40. Here’s a recap (with all debuts except where noted).
