Lambeth Council is working with Lambeth Portuguese Wellbeing Partnership to put on an evening to celebrate Portugal Day and the local Portuguese speaking communities on 13th June 2026.
You’re invited to join them from 6pm – 10pm for a music and dance filled evening to celebrate the local community around Wilcox Road.
Lambeth’s Big Shift are making space in the street for Lambeth Portuguese Wellbeing Partnership to deliver an evening of cultural performances from Portuguese speaking countries around the world. There will be:
- Stages for music and dance performances hosted by LPWP
- Family activities provided by LPWP and Lambeth Council
- Extra outdoor dining areas
- Food and drink from local businesses
- Dr Bike

The Car Free Day activities are delivered under Lambeth’s Night Time Economy Strategy, which aims to protect and grow Lambeth’s world class night time economy, helping people feel safer and celebrating our unique character after dark.
