Lateshia and Selena joined Marie for a shopping trip as Marie prepared to get back into the dating scene. While looking through clothing options, Lateshia encouraged Marie to step outside of her comfort zone and choose something more colorful and inviting for her upcoming date.
As they browsed, Lateshia jokingly laid out a few dating rules for Marie. She told her, “Rule number one: nobody suits.” She also advised Marie to stay off her phone during the date. In addition, she wanted Marie to focus on having a light conversation to get to know her potential match.
Marie admitted she was feeling nervous about dating again. This was because it had been a long time since she last went on a date. However, she said she was willing to follow her friends’ advice as long as the experience helped her find a man.
The conversation later shifted to Selena’s wedding planning. Selena acknowledged feeling overwhelmed by the process and said she had been overthinking details such as the menu and guest list. Lateshia told her she was stressing herself out. She offered to come by later in the week to help her get everything organized.
Selena shares concerns about Glen and Lateshia’s marriage.
Selena met with Tambra and Latrice to discuss wedding plans and update them on a recent conversation she had with Mike. While talking about her upcoming wedding, Selena revealed that Mike told her Glen had mentioned a divorce lawyer when they went out earlier in the episode.
The news immediately caught Tambra and Latrice off guard. After hearing Selena’s account, they questioned whether Lateshia knew about Glen bringing up a divorce lawyer and wondered what was really happening behind the scenes in the marriage.
Tambra recalled that Lateshia had previously said she left the marriage with very little money. She said, “What makes you come back to a man that left you with $4?” Tambra added that while she supports people working through marital issues, she believes healthy relationships should be the priority.

Selena said, “Whatever Lateshia and Glen decide to do, if they want to stay together or if they want to get a divorce, I’m gonna support them. I’m gonna be there for my friend.”

Marie met her father, Stephen, for lunch and reflected on how much his support has meant throughout her life. She said they speak every day, but rarely get uninterrupted one-on-one time because family members are usually around.
During the conversation, Marie revealed that she has been dealing with health challenges in recent weeks. She explained that her white blood cell count had been low and said she had been struggling with fatigue. Marie also shared that doctors need to remove cysts from her breast. She said the procedure is planned for the spring because she still has work to complete with her businesses.
The discussion later shifted to Marie’s success as an entrepreneur. She gave Stephen a tour of a new facility and reflected on building multiple successful healthcare businesses. Stephen praised her accomplishments and recalled how proud he felt when he first saw her featured on a billboard. He said, “When I knew that y’all had made that first billboard and your picture was up there, I said, ‘Well, I’ll be doggone.’”
Before lunch ended, Marie asked her father what kind of man he hoped she would date. As she prepared to participate in a speed-dating event, she admitted she wanted a relationship similar to the one her parents shared. Stephen encouraged her to remain patient and trust that the right person would come along at the right time.

Things took a surprising turn when one bachelor admitted he had dated multiple women from the same family. After hearing the revelation, Marie immediately reacted. She said, “The sleeping around with the entire family, the auntie, that would be a deal breaker for me.”
As the event continued, Marie eliminated contestants based on their answers and a blindfolded compatibility exercise. After narrowing the field to her final two choices, she removed her blindfold and selected the bachelor she wanted to get to know better. The event ended with the women celebrating Marie for stepping back into the dating world. They cheered her for giving herself another chance at finding love.
Selena’s revelation frustrates Lateshia.
During a gathering with the Belles, Selena asked Lateshia about her marriage and brought up a conversation Glen allegedly had with Mike. Selena revealed that Mike told her Glen mentioned a divorce lawyer while they were spending time together. The comment immediately caught Lateshia off guard.
Lateshia made it clear she had never heard anything about a divorce lawyer. She said, “This is new to me,” and questioned why Glen would discuss something so serious without mentioning it to her first. As more details came out, Lateshia said she felt blindsided by the situation.
The conversation quickly shifted to Selena’s decision to wait before telling her. Lateshia pointed out that Selena already knew the information when she previously discussed marital issues with her. She said, “Everybody knows your business but you,” and expressed frustration that the topic was being discussed in front of the group.
As tensions rose, Lateshia decided to leave before the conversation escalated further. She told the women she needed to speak directly with Glen and get answers for herself. Before walking away, Lateshia said she was tired of being embarrassed and added, “I’m done being ambushed by these Belles.”
