Champions Mighty Wanderers are hoping to bounce back when they face rookies Luanar Mitundu in the FDH Bank Premiership at Dedza Stadium this afternoon.
Fresh from a 1-2 defeat to arch-rivals FCB Nyasa Big Bullets last Sunday in Lilongwe, Nomads coach Bob Mpinganjira described the fixture as a tricky one.

In an interview yestewrday, he played down suggestions that the odds are tipped in their favour considering the difference in class and status.
He said: “We have picked ourselves up after last weekend’s disappointment and we are looking forward to getting back to winning ways.
“But we know that it won’t be easy at all because they [Mitundu] will be out to prove a point. We have told the boys not to underrate their opponents, otherwise we could be in for a shock.”
Mpinganjira has started work full throttle this week after slowing down upon his return from a three-week study tour in the United Kingdom to let his assistant McDonald Mtetemera run the show and keep up the momentum.
Ironically, the Lilongwe-based rookies are also coming from their first defeat in the flagship league following a 2-0 loss to fellow newcomers Masters FC on Monday.
Mitundu coach Oscar Kaunda said they are ready for the game.
“I have told the boys to go out there, stick to the game plan and not to panic. Wanderers are a big team but that does not bother us,” he said.
Wanderers are ninth on the log table with three points from two games whule Mitundu are two steps above them on seventh with four points from three matches.
In other games this afternoon, Creck Sporting Club face fellow Lilongwe-based Kamuzu Barracks (KB) at Dimba Stadium in Mchinji.
The Malawi Defence Force outfit, who are second from the bottom in the 16-team league, will be under new coach Kenwood Nkhoma, who has replaced Tione Tembo.
KB are winless in three matches, having drawn once and lost twice while Creck have two points from three matches and they too are yet to win.
Chitipa United, who are 10th, host third-placed Civil Service United of Lilongwe at Civo Stadium.
Blantyre-based Ekhaya FC take on Moyale Barracks of Mzuzu at Mpira Stadium in Chiwembe Township in the commercial city.
The Cowboys, who are 14th are searching for their first win. They have a point from three matches while the Lions of Kaning’ina are eighth with four points from three matches.
