One of the Most Coveted Addresses in The Bahamas Has a New Listing, With 7 Lots and 260 Feet of Beach Frontage

There are beachfront homes in the Bahamas, and then there are properties with direct ownership connected to Tahiti Beach.

That’s the distinction behind Coconut Grove Estate, a newly listed compound on Elbow Cay in the Abacos that has come to market for $13.9 million. The property stretches from elevated hillside acreage down to one of the most recognizable strips of sand in the country: the long white shoal at Tahiti Beach on the southern end of Elbow Cay, where boats anchor in shallow turquoise water and the shoreline disappears into the Sea of Abaco at low tide.
