*A new lawsuit filed by Sheree Zampino accuses Bilaal Salaam of making damaging statements about her during a viral interview with popular YouTuber Tasha K. The television personality claims the remarks caused emotional harm, and she is seeking more than $1 million in damages, PEOPLE reports.
According to the complaint filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Salaam made the comments during his appearance on “Unwine with Tasha K,” where he allegedly called Zampino a “whore” and accused her of “screwing everybody in Hollywood.”
Zampino argues the accusations were fabricated and legally qualify as “slander per se” under California law.
“Plaintiff Sheree Zampino has been caught in the crossfire of Defendant Bilaal Salaam’s ongoing vendetta against her former husband, actor Will Smith,” the complaint states. “Until recently, Salaam focused his attacks on Mr. Smith and his current spouse, but Salaam has now turned his attention to Ms. Zampino.”
The filing claims that Salaam either was aware the statements were untrue or proceeded without concern for whether they were accurate. Zampino says the fallout from the interview caused “humiliation, embarrassment, emotional distress, mental anguish, and damage to her reputation.”
Salaam has previously made headlines for claiming in a 2023 interview with Tasha K that he witnessed Will Smith involved in a sexual act with actor Duane Martin. He sued Jada Pinkett Smith for $3 million in December 2025, claiming she threatened him after he spoke publicly about her marriage. The actress fought back with an anti-SLAPP motion and recently obtained a court order requiring him to pay more than $32,000 in attorney fees.
