‘KPop Demon Hunters’ Is Going on a World Concert Tour
It's not yet clear whether the trek will entail live performances from the cast.

Fans of KPop Demon Hunters have been belting out the words to “Golden” at home for nearly a year at this point. And now, they can get excited to sing along in person as the film embarks on a global concert tour coming soon.

Netflix announced Wednesday (May 13) that it will continue building on the unprecedented success of its record-shattering animated feature by turning it into “a live experience that will bring elements of the two-time Oscar-winning film to life in spectacular ways,” according to a description. The streamer will put on the trek in partnership with AEG presents.
The tour dates have not yet been announced, but fans can sign up for a waitlist online to receive information later on once tickets become available to purchase.
It’s unclear what the live KPop Demon Hunters will entail, with Netflix keeping details under wraps as to whether the film’s musical cast — such as HUNTR/X singers EJAE, Audrey Nuna and REI AMI — will perform live on the road. Alternatively, the past few years have seen a rise in live experiences starring virtual avatars or holograms, which could be options for bringing the movie’s animated characters to audiences worldwide as well.

One thing that’s almost certain about the tour is that its setlist will be packed with favorites from the Billboard 200-topping KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack, which features smash hit “Golden.” The track spent eight weeks atop the Billboard Hot 100 and 18 weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Global 200, and made history as the first K-pop song to win an Oscar this past March.
The film’s dominance on music and culture over the past year also led to Billboard naming EJAE, Audrey Nuna and REI AMI the 2026 Women of the Year at this year’s Billboard Women in Music. While accepting the prize, Nuna said on stage, “To receive this honor and represent a song in a film that affirms its notion that the world needs women to show up as their fullest, most whole selves … it’s rewarding beyond words.”
