Last chance to buy tickets for the Anguilla Culinary Experience’s 2026 events

The Anguilla Culinary Experience (ACE) returns next week, bringing five days of chef-led dining, island collaborations and curated events across resorts, villas and restaurants.

A limited number of tickets remain available for a selection of signature events from Wednesday, 13 May, to Sunday, 17 May, with several headline meals already sold out.

Now in its fifth year, ACE pairs visiting international chefs and Anguilla’s local culinary talent, with menus built around island seafood, fresh produce and global technique.

The food and drink festival also supports hospitality and culinary training, with a portion of the proceeds helping to fund opportunities for young Anguillans entering the industry.

Some events have already reached capacity, including Villa Alegria’s and Veya’s six-hands dinner and Four Seasons Resort Anguilla’s 10-course Chef’s Table.

Jacala Beach Restaurant’s wine-paired evening featuring chef Alain Laurent, Nathalie Le Sénéchal of Grands Vins de France and guest Cyril Meuley of Boisset La Famille des Grands Vins is also fully booked.

However, several standout experiences still have availability, offering one last opportunity for both visitors and residents to enjoy a unique food journey in one of the region’s top food destinations.

Karaya: Opening night

The festival opens on 13 May from 6pm to 9.30pm at Karaya the new contemporary Mediterranean restaurant from Veya and Sandbar owners Carrie and Jerry Bogar located on Shoal Bay West.

A walk-around opening night event is set to feature grill stations and more than 30 different heavy passed hors d’oeuvres from visiting and local chefs.

Among those participating are Oliver Poilevey and Sam Handwerger from Chicago’s Obélix, Bravo TV ‘Top Chef’ alum Timothy Dean, Carrie Bogar and Karaya chef Joel Reyes.

Attendees will also experience cocktails crafted with Anguillita Rum and Clifton Estate spirits, wines from Grands Vins de France Anguilla, and live music from Jenique Javois and Dennis Warrington.

Tickets cost US$120+ and include food, three drink tickets (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options) and a raffle ticket. They are available here.

Malliouhana: Five-senses dining with Kerth Gumbs

One of the standout ticketed experiences is at Malliouhana resort on Meads Bay, where culinary director Kerth Gumbs and team will present a five-senses dinner at Celeste by Kerth Gumbs.

The Le Cordon Bleu-trained Grand Diplôme graduate and winner of BBC Two’s ‘Great British Menu’ elevates Caribbean ingredients and traditional flavours through classical technique.

He says his passion is for “highlighting humble ingredients” from the region and bringing “unexpected flavours” to life.

Chef Gumbs will be joined on 15 May between 6pm and 10.30pm by executive chef Wilson Macedo, head pastry chef Glynn ‘Tim’ Franklin and head chef of Leon’s on Meads Bay, Jomal McBean.

The concept is designed as a progressive journey through sight, sound, scent, texture and taste, with each course revealed in sequence before the full menu is disclosed at the end of the evening.

Tickets cost $280+ and include the five-course tasting menu with wine or non-alcoholic pairings and multi-sensory experiential elements. Tickets can be booked here.

Zemi Beach House: Rum and Roman influence

At Zemi Beach House on Shoal Bay, ‘All Rum Leads to Rome’ combines a guided rum tasting in The Rhum Room with a Roman-inspired dinner at the intimate Stone restaurant.

Bars manager Alfonso Di Lorito will lead the private tasting of selected small-batch rums from the resort’s collection of more than 100 single-estate selections on 16 May.

Guests will then move to Stone for a multi-course menu created by executive chef Emanuele Sabatini and drawn from his Roman roots.

The experience from 6pm to 9pm will bring together premium rum exploration with Italian-influenced cuisine in a paired format that is central to ACE’s wider programming.

Tickets cost $115+ and include rum tasting and dinner. All other beverages are an additional charge. Tickets are available here.

Savi Beach Club on Meads Bay is also hosting a murder mystery five course dinner experience from 7pm to 9.30pm on 16 May with professional actors bringing the story to life.

Additional experiences

Alongside exclusive dining, attendees can also join a sunset catamaran sail with Calypso Charters from 3.45pm to 6pm on 15 May, offering Champagne, rum punch, soft drinks and light bites from Sandbar.

For those that prefer to stay shoreside, the annual Cape Air and NCBA Beach BBQ will take place from 12pm to 5pm on 16 May at Anguilla Great House on Rendezvous Bay – with entrance free for all.

Tasty’s POV, Roy’s Catering, Paper’s BBQ, Anguilla Great House, D’BBQ Hut, Rtaste Innovations, and Heart and Soul Catering will offer food and drinks for purchase.

Attendees can cheer on members of the Anguilla National Culinary Team as they square off in mystery basket bartending and chef battles, and enter a raffle for a chance to win round trip airfare on Cape Air and other prizes.
